We stand behind the quality of our guides. If you purchase any Close a Company product and find that it doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@closeacompany.com with:

  • Your order number or the email address used for the purchase
  • The product(s) you’d like refunded
  • A brief description of why the product didn’t meet your expectations (optional, but helpful for us to improve)

We typically process refund requests within 2–3 business days. Once processed, the refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Purchases made within the last 30 days

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny a refund request if there is evidence of abuse (for example, repeatedly purchasing and requesting refunds for the same product). We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.
